Review our terms regarding user data erasure, followed by the exact steps to delete your account directly inside the Smart Ride Advisor mobile application.

Terms & Conditions of Account Deletion

By initiating an account deletion request through the Smart Ride Advisor app, you agree to the following terms:

Key Terms:

  • Irreversibility: Deleting your account is instantaneous and permanent. You will not be able to reactivate or restore previous calculation logs or customized settings.
  • Immediate Service Termination: Access to background OCR assistance, fare calculations, and rate guidance will terminate immediately upon confirmation.
  • Online deletion: The website deletion flow removes the Firebase Authentication account and the UID-keyed driver profile and ride calculation records. Other app storage paths must be added to the deletion process if the Android app stores data elsewhere.
  • Independent Ecosystem: Deleting your Smart Ride Advisor account has zero impact on your third-party ride-hailing app accounts (e.g., inDrive).

Permanent & Irreversible Action

Once confirmed, your account records cannot be recovered. If you wish to use the service again, you will be required to create a new profile from scratch.

Follow These Steps to Delete Your Account

Delete online

Sign in with email and password, then confirm permanent deletion. Phone-only users can delete in the signed-in app or contact support.

Log in to the Smart Ride Advisor App

Launch the SRA application on your Android phone and sign in with your phone number or email credentials.

Go to Your Driver Profile Screen

Tap your Profile Avatar in the top header, or select Profile from the bottom navigation bar.

Scroll Down and Tap "Delete Account"

Scroll down to the bottom of the driver profile screen past your vehicle settings, and tap the red Delete account button.

Confirm Account Deletion

A confirmation dialog will appear. Tap Confirm Delete to finalize. Your session will immediately wipe and return you to the login screen.

Data Retention & Erasure Summary

In compliance with Google Play Developer Policies and data safety standards, here is how each category of data is handled upon deletion:
